Services. EZ Way provides Junk Removal Service, Hauling Service, Moving Service, Furniture Removal, Debris Removal, Cleanout Service, Estate Cleanout, Garage Cleanout and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://ez-wayservices.com is the property of EZ Way or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. EZ Way reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://ez-wayservices.com is provided on an "as is" basis. EZ Way makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will EZ Way's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Way from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
